    Rental Agreement

    Release and Waiver Claims

    Renters hereby releases, and forever discharges, the company, Company’s beneficial owners, operators, agents, servants, successors, heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, of and from all, and all manners of, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, contracts, judgements, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity, which renter ever had, now has, or which renter’s heirs, executors, administrators or personal representatives hereafter can, shall, or may have for or by reason of any matter, cause, or thing whatsoever arising out of the rental relationship between RENTER and the Company, and agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of same.

    Assumption of Risk

    The activities for which the vehicle is designed include inherent dangers, including the risk of bodily injury and/ or death. Renter assumes and accepts all risks associated with the use of the vehicle. Renter agrees and acknowledges that he/she will be the sole operator of the vehicle and will use the vehicle in a careful, safe and conscientious manner.

    Damage or Injury

    Renter is responsible for the first $500.00 in damages to the vehicle (representing the deductible) including the cost of repair and or parts associated with repair. The company provides Insurance Coverage for the vehicle and third-party damage ONLY after the $500.00 deductible has been paid. The renter is responsible for and must report accidents or incidents of theft and vandalism to the company and the police immediately after they occur or as soon as you discover them. You shall at all times observe and adhere to any rules and guidelines posted by the company and any applicable laws or regulations.

    Scooter Renters Any personal injury and damage to the scooter is not covered by the insurance purchased.

    You are responsible for full replacement value of the scooter if you are not in possession of the key for same.

    Prohibited Activities

    Renter should not violate any of the following:

    • No riding on the beach
    • Vehicle and helmets ( where applicable) must be returned in the same condition as received except ordinary wear and tear.
    • Late return is prohibited charges may apply.
    • Company may terminate the rental for unsafe or hazardous use of the vehicle.
    • Security deposit will be forfeited for late return and or damage and $50.00 will be charged for each additional hour are late.

    Governing Law

    This agreement is governed by the laws of The Bahamas, Renter has read, understands and accepts all the terms, conditions and rules set forth above.
